Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Your account and security

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at alkein.developments@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or create accounts by automated means.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms.

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape or harvest at scale without permission, or circumvent rate limits, moderation, or access controls.

Your content and the license you grant us

You keep ownership of the content you create and publish (your profiles, builds, parts lists, prices, photographs, captions, and comments). We do not claim ownership of your content.

To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, reproduce, reformat, compress, generate previews and thumbnails of, display, and distribute your content through the Service’s sharing and discovery features, and to moderate it (including removing or restricting it) as described in these Terms.

This license exists only to run and improve the Service and its sharing features. It does not transfer ownership, and it ends when your content is removed from the live Service, except for residual copies described in the Privacy Policy (for example, backups and moderation records) and for content others have already reshared.

Your warranties about content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to publish everything you post, and that your content does not infringe or violate anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and does not break any law.

If your content includes third-party material, prices, photographs, or personal data about others, you confirm you have the rights and any required permissions to include and publish it.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not publish or do anything infringing, impersonating, privacy-violating, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, malicious, unlawful, hateful, or deceptive.

We may remove content and restrict conduct that violates these Terms, or that we reasonably believe exposes us or others to legal risk or harm.

Reporting, moderation, and enforcement

You can report content or conduct through the in-app report tools or by contacting alkein.developments@gmail.com. We review reports and may act at our discretion.

Depending on severity and history, we may warn you, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend, or terminate your account. We may also act to comply with law or protect the Service and its users.

Where practical and lawful, you may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting alkein.developments@gmail.com. We do not promise specific review or response times.

Copyright and repeat infringers

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at alkein.developments@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material. We respond to valid copyright notices and counter-notices, and may remove infringing content.

We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and will, in appropriate cases, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

Changes, availability, and your data

We may change, add, or remove features, or suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may set or change limits on use. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your content. Where reasonably practicable, we aim to let you export or retrieve your content, but you should not rely on the Service as your only copy.

Disclaimers about user-provided information

Builds, parts, prices, compatibility notes, and benchmarks are provided by users, not verified by us. We do not warrant that any price, availability, compatibility claim, performance figure, or specification is accurate, current, or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and you use user-provided information at your own risk. Verify anything you rely on before purchasing or building.

Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, or right you have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where a disclaimer or limitation is not permitted by your local law, it does not apply to you to that extent.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

You agree that disputes will be brought in the courts located in the Philippines, subject to any non-waivable right you have to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Dex+ and future paid features

Any premium tier, subscription, or paid feature (including “Dex+”) is governed by separate terms that will apply in addition to these Terms. Those terms are not yet active. When a paid feature launches, we will present its terms before you purchase.
